These past few years have brought a whirlwind of emotions between becoming employed, moving half-way across the country, and finally having the ability to focus on myself, my weight loss, and my faith. This blog is a reflection of all of these items and how they interact with each other.
My soul was unintentionally bruised and battered today. I understand the reasons, but it still hurts. God will get me through it... He is the only one I can rely on sometimes. I'm just sad and hurt. I'll be happier tomorrow, I promise.
I was born in Norfolk, Viginia, but lived most of my life in a small town in Western Massachusetts. In February of 2004, I moved to Michigan for my first job. In June of 2006, I took a promotion and moved to Texas. Finding myself has been an interesting journey, to say the least.
I know I have strong feelings concerning a few topics, mainly about our country and about public health. I do not intend to persuade people to think one way or another, but this IS my journal, and these are my thoughts. I am always open for a logical debate.
