Smoking...

I think smoking is the most disgusting habit anybody could have, and it probably is one of the most lethal habits one could have as well.
Smokers' rights advocates say outdoor bans go too far. "People should have a choice whether they want to engage in risky activities," says pipe smoker Jacob Sullum, author of For Your Own Good: The Anti-Smoking Crusade and the Tyranny of Public Health. (click here)
Outdoor smoking bans do NOT go too far. Yes, people have the choice whether or not they want to engage in risky activities, but that doesn't mean I want to engage in risky behaviors...y'know...the person who has to sit next to that smoker (whether it is inside or outside) or walk past that cloud of smoke going into and out of the building. Why should MY lungs suffer because of your stupidity. Just because you want lung cancer at an early age, go for it. It's one thing I can control.

Also, who wants their little kid picking up a cigarette butt at the beach and putting it in their mouth? Did you know that it takes 7 years for a cigarette butt to disintegrate in the ground? Loiterer. Not only do you infect the air we breath, but you do not keep our environment healthy as well...good job...ya make me proud.
